This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information that we collect on our website, Facebook Forms, Microsoft Forms, PandaDoc, and Paycom Applicant Tracking, or any company site maintained by and utilizing Palletized Trucking and as they may be modified, relocated and/or redirected from time to time (collectively, the “Palletized Platforms”).

If you do not want us to handle your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Palletized Platforms. Personal information is information that could reasonably be used to identify you individually, such as your name, e-mail address, and mobile number.

If you are applying for a job or contract position at Palletized through the Palletized Platforms all the personal information you enter into the Palletized Platforms is made available to the Palletized. Palletized will only provide your information to other parties at your specific direction and/or as required by law.

Any information you provide, including any personal information, will be transferred to, and processed by, a computer server located within the United States and will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

• WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
  • Information You Give Us.  We collect personal information that you voluntarily share with us through the Palletized Platforms. For example, we collect information from you when you fill out an application, or complete and sign forms, surveys, other documents, or training on the Palletized Platforms. 
    • The information that you may choose to provide includes:
      • Contact information, including name, address, email address, and telephone number
      • Job application information, including employment history, driver’s license number, and traffic violation and accident history
      • Information submitted in order to allow Palletized to run a background check or FMCSA Clearinghouse check including name, date of birth, and social security number
      • An image of your driver’s license, Social Security card, Med Card, or pictures of yourself
      • Information provided on forms, documents, surveys, or driver training that you complete and/or sign via the Palletized Platforms.
  • Text (SMS) Messages.  If you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from Palletized, we will keep a log of sent and received messages. In the process, Palletized collects message data including the date and time of the text (SMS) message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the message. Palletized will use a service provider to assist in the capture and logging of the messages and will share the message data with the service provider.

• HOW WE USE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
  • We use the information we collect to serve you and improve your experience on the Palletized Platforms. Some examples include:
    • Communicating with you about your application, for example, through text messages and push notifications
    • Responding to questions and feedback
    • Continuously evaluating and improving the online user experience
    • Troubleshooting technical problems on the Palletized Platforms
    • Preventing, discovering and investigating violations of this Privacy Policy or any applicable terms of service or terms of use for the Palletized Platforms, and investigating fraud or other matters.
  • Data Retention.  We will retain your personal information in accordance with the policies of the Employer and as required by law.

      • Legal Advice: We may disclose your personal information to an attorney in the process of obtaining legal advice.
      • Benefits Administration: 3rd party administrators may need access to data to provide benefits.
      • We require these third-party service providers to provide safeguards for your personal information similar to the ones that we provide.

  • We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. The Palletized Platforms, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If you are under the age of 13, you are not authorized to use the Palletized Platforms.
